DAI is a Philadelphia-based firm working with dental practices on one of their oldest, least-solved business problems: patients who do not show up, and patients who quietly stop coming back.
Practices already invest in reminder systems, recall programs, and staff training. We focus on what reminders cannot answer: why a particular patient is hesitating, and what a practice can say or do to bring them back. The work pairs careful record analysis with practical, patient-by-patient outreach guidance.
Engagements are deliberate and structured. We start with a short conversation, agree on the data to share under a Business Associate Agreement, and deliver work in defined cycles rather than as an open-ended subscription.
